During the registration process, FPL Wizard collects the following information:

• Username - doesn't have to be the same as real name
• Email Address - on signup
• Name - only in billing process
• Country - on signup
• Phone Number (only if Two-Factor Authentication is enabled)
• Age - on signup
• Fantasy Premier League ID - on signup
• Site Refresh Timestamps

How We Collect It

This information is collected through user input during the registration and/or purchase process.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used for the following purposes:

• Login Authentication
• User Support
• Contacting Users
• In App Ad Targeting (based on country and age)

Data Sharing and Disclosure

Third-Party Services

While we do not share raw user data with third parties, certain third-party services are used for processing and storage:

• Micorosft Azure: Database services (Sweden)
• Amazon Web Services (AWS): Email processing (data not stored)
• Digital Ocean: Assists in backend processing (data temorarily cached).
• Google: Provides Analytics (non-identifiable data) and Firebase for notification processing.
• HotJar: Provides onsite analytics (for users who gave consent)

Use of Hashed Identifiable Data

Hashed identifiable data (email, phone number) is used to inform users about upcoming seasons and news related to FPL Wizard. This data is stored on email and social media platforms (Twilio/Sendgrid, Google, Meta, Twitter/X.com).

Data Security

User data is stored in a secured AWS database located in Ireland. Access to the database is highly restricted and secured with encryption and complex credentials.

User Rights and Choices

Account Deletion

Users can request the deletion of their account and all related data by clicking the button on "Edit profile" section. Users will have 48 hours to change their mind after which, if process is not stopped, account will be deleted and all the data related to user will be erased in following 48 hours.

Data Snapshot

Users can request a snapshot of their data, which will be provided within a 14-day period.

Opt-Out

Since the collected data is basic and necessary for the app's functionality, there is no option for opting out of data collection.

International Data Transfers

Data is stored on Azure servers located in Sweden (EU), ensuring compliance with GDPR.

Children's Privacy

FPL Wizard is child-friendly but not targeted at children under 18. Advertising is restricted appropriately for users below 18 years of age.

Compliance with Legal Frameworks

FPL Wizard complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
