This is an agreement between you, the user of our services, and BBQ Komunikacije, obrt za promidžbu, headquatered in Sveta Nedelja, Hrvatska ("We", "Us", or "BBQ Komunikacije"). By using any services provided by FPL Wizard, accessible via FplWizard.com (the "Website") and the FPL Wizard mobile applications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
By using the Services or the Website, the User acknowledges that they have read this agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If the User does not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, they are not granted the right to use the Services or the Website and must not use them.
BBQ Komunikacije will provide the Services to the User as outlined on our Website. These Services are subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any other terms outlined on our Website. BBQ Komunikacije reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace the Services, suspend or discontinue the Services at any time. If we replace or modify Services, we will give you notice where possible.
BBQ Komunikacije offers a free version of the Services with limited features and functionality.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled prior to renewal. You can cancel at any time in your account settings (Website) or through the relevant app store (iOS/Android). Access remains active through the end of the paid period.
In the event of service outages exceeding 15 consecutive days not caused by platform providers and that materially impact access to paid features, you may request a pro-rated refund or credit.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including without limitation the application source code, algorithms, designs, and distinctive design features, are owned by BBQ Komunikacije. The Services are licensed, not sold. Nothing in this Agreement grants you a right or license to use any trademark, design right, or copyright owned or controlled by BBQ Komunikacije, except as expressly provided.
The application may display names, insignia, and photographs of football clubs and players for the sole purpose of factual reporting and informing about real-world events (e.g., match outcomes). Such usage is limited, contextual, and consistent with fair use and applicable exceptions.
The Services rely on data provided by third-party providers, including but not limited to Fantasy Premier League, Api-Football, and Sportmonks. The intellectual property rights in such data remain with the respective providers.
Users retain any and all of their rights to any content they submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By making your content available on or through the Service, you grant BBQ Komunikacije a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content in any and all media or distribution methods (existing or subsequently developed).
Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding BBQ Komunikacije or the Services is entirely voluntary, and we will be free to use such feedback, comments, or suggestions as we see fit and without any obligation to you.
User data is stored on Microsoft Azure servers located in the European Union (Sweden). BBQ Komunikacije takes reasonable steps to ensure secure storage, including encryption in transit and at rest.

Social login and identity federation may be provided by Apple, Google, and Meta. Upon social login, BBQ Komunikacije retains the User’s email address and year of birth as permitted by the provider and user consent. The third-party platforms’ privacy policies apply to their processing.
The User agrees that the application may temporarily store information on the User’s device as necessary for functionality. Such information is automatically refreshed each new Gameweek (typically every 2–3 weeks) and fully cleared at least once per year, no later than 31 July, except in cases of force majeure or unexpected circumstances.
We may use third-party tools for analytics and product improvement. Where feasible, data used for analytics is pseudonymized or aggregated.
By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described here and in our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time and will post updates on the Website.
This Agreement commences upon the User’s first use of the Services and continues until terminated by either party in accordance with these Terms. Access to paid features depends on an active subscription or a valid season pass, as applicable.
BBQ Komunikacije may suspend or terminate access immediately if the User breaches these Terms.
Upon termination, the User’s right to access the Services ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, limitations of liability, and governing law) will survive termination.
Refunds are handled as described in Section 5.6 and, for platform purchases, subject to Apple or Google policies.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BBQ Komunikacije, its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Zagreb, Croatia. You agree to waive any objection to venue or forum on grounds of inconvenience.
If both parties agree in writing, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration seated in Zagreb, under rules agreed by the parties. This clause does not prevent a party from seeking interim injunctive relief in the courts of Croatia.
