48-Hour Grace Period: We understand that plans can change, so we offer a no-questions-asked refund policy within 48 hours of purchasing our Season Pass. If you decide that our service isn’t the right fit for you within this timeframe, you can request a full refund without any charges.
After 48 Hours: Should you wish to cancel your subscription after the initial 48-hour grace period, a cancellation fee of £2 GBP will be applied, or the refund amount will be prorated based on the number of gameweeks that have commenced since your purchase, whichever amount is larger. This ensures that users pay only for the time the service was potentially used.

Refund Eligibility in Case of Service Interruption: If, for any reason, FPL Wizard LLC is unable to provide the services promised, customers are entitled to a refund proportional to the number of gameweeks remaining until the end of the season, with no additional charges applied. This refund policy is void if there are less than 4 gameweeks left in the season, the refund amount is less than £4 GBP, or in cases of force majeure as previously defined.

Our customer service team will guide you through the process to ensure a smooth and fair resolution. It takes upto 10 days for refunded funds to be visible on customer bank statement.
Redemption: Coupons and vouchers can be redeemed on our website at the time of purchase of the Season Pass. Each coupon or voucher code can only be used once and must be entered at the before the checkout page to apply the discount or offer associated with the code.

The Season Pass is designed to cover the timeframe from the start to the end of the English Premier League (EPL) season, as initially scheduled. In the event that specific fixtures are postponed, it is at FPL Wizard LLC's discretion to extend coverage of these fixtures at no additional cost to our subscribers, based on our goodwill.
However, in extraordinary circumstances where the EPL season's structure is severely altered—such as during the COVID-19 pandemic, which led to additional gameweeks being added and the season being prolonged—FPL Wizard LLC reserves the right to adjust or suspend services. In such scenarios, we are not obligated to extend our services beyond the original end date of the season or to cover additional gameweeks that were not part of the initial schedule.
